摘　　要：目的探讨模拟多学科诊疗模式(Multiple Disciplinary Team,MDT)在本科医学生内分泌专业临床见习教学查房中的应用。方法选择2022年2月至2023年2月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院内分泌科进行临床见习的临床医学专业本科学生作为研究对象,采用抽签法,分为对照组35名,实验组35名。对照组采用传统教学查房模式。实验组采用模拟MDT模式与传统教学查房相结合模式。比较两组学生的理论成绩、病史采集及分析、学生成长度、教学满意度的差异。结果实验组与对照组在理论知识成绩方面差异无统计学意义,在病史采集及分析、学生成长度、教学满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟MDT模式与传统查房相结合,在培养学生病史采集及分析能力、促进学生成长、提高学生对教学的满意度方面具有优势。Objective To explore the application of multiple disciplinary team(MDT)model in clinical probation teaching rounds for endocrinology majors of undergraduate medical students.Methods Undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine who were doing clinical internship in the department of endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into 35 in the control group and 35 in the experimental group by drawing lots.The control group adopted the traditional teaching round mode.The experimental group adopted simulated MDT mode combined with traditional teaching rounds.The differences of theoretical scores,medical history collection,student growth and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in theoretical knowledge achievement,but there was significant difference in medical history collection,student growth and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of simulated MDT model and traditional ward rounds has advantages in cultivating students'ability of collecting medical history,promoting students'growth and improving students'satisfaction with teaching.
