摘　　要：该文以“岗课赛证”融通在高职建设工程管理专业教学中的实施环境为依托,加强师德师风建设,落实立德树人根本任务,建设一支素质优良的“双师型”“岗课赛证”融通的教学团队;制定“岗课赛证”融通的人才培养目标、课程标准,积极推行教材建设、教学模式、教学方法的改革,以此构建“岗课赛证”融通的高职建设工程管理专业育人新模式。Based on the integration of“job course competition certification”in the teaching environment of vocational construction engineering management major,we will strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and conduct,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and build a high-quality teaching team that integrates“dual teacher”and“job course competition certification”.Develop talent training goals and curriculum standards that integrate“job course competition certification”,actively promote the reform of textbook construction,teaching mode,and teaching methods,in order to build a new mode of education for vocational construction engineering management majors that integrates“job course competition certification”.
