摘  要:创新创业教育与医学专业教育相融合是“健康中国”战略背景下我国高等医学教育改革的重要方向,但由于医学教育的特殊性,我国“专创融合”的医学教育暂落后于其他学科。该文以生理学教学为依托,探讨“双创”教育落地医学教育的现实困境,并以培养“专创”复合型医学人才为目标,结合学情和师资情况,寻找生理学教学融合创新创业教育的改革途径,为培养适应国家发展战略和经济社会发展需要的高层次创新创业型医学人才奠定基础。Although the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and medical professional education is an important direction of the higher medical education reform based on the healthy Chinese strategy,the medical education of"Integration of Specialty and Innovation"temporarily fall behind other disciplines due to particularity of medical education.Based on physiology teaching,this paper discusses the practical dilemma of"Integration of Specialty and Innovation"in medical schools,and looks for a reform way for cultivating compounded medical talents with strong practical competence,combined with the academic situation and teacher.This will contribute to the cultivation of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial medical talents who meet the needs of national development strategy and economic and social development.
