摘　　要：该文从全国高校混合式教学设计创新大赛的角度,探讨青年教师在教学设计中存在的普遍问题和产生的原因,并从优秀选手身上发现一些教学创新点和闪光点,以此探索促进高校青年教师教学能力提升的可行性方法。通过创建课程群教学团队和教学示范平台,营造良好的教学氛围,提高青年教师教学设计水平;并完善高校考核评价制度,激发青年教师教学热情,为投入教学改革创新提供制度保障。This paper discusses the common problems and causes of young teachers in teaching design from the perspective of the national mixed teaching design innovation competition in colleges and universities,and finds some teaching innovation and flash points from the excellent players,so as to explore the feasible methods to promote the improvement of young teachers’teaching ability in colleges and universities.Through the establishment of curriculum group teaching team and teaching demonstration platform,create a good teaching atmosphere and improve the teaching design level and ability of young teachers;And improve the assessment and evaluation system of colleges and universities,stimulate the teaching enthusiasm of young teachers,and provide institutional guarantee for investment in teaching reform and innovation.
