摘　　要：国家职业教育发展规划明确了职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作的必要性。校企合作建设企业教师工作站,有利于提升专业教师的实践教学能力,提高人才培养质量。文章通过对酒店管理专业企业教师工作站的建设背景、建设内容、建设成效以及发展设想的分析总结,为同类专业提供借鉴。The national vocational education development planning determines the necessity of deepening the integration of production and education and school enterprise cooperation reform.Through the introductions of many aspects,such as the construction background,contents and effect of the workstations in enterprises for hotel management teachers,this paper provides reference for other higher vocational demonstration schools.
