摘 要:脂肪酸淀粉酯是一种新型的非离子型表面活性剂,具有广泛的应用价值。以天然的淀粉和大豆油为原料,通过化学法进行酯化改性,制得混合脂肪酸淀粉酯。研究了基本的合成路线,并用FT-IR和UV对其结构进行表征。产物乳化性能比较优越。Fatty acid esters of starch were new and non-ionic surfactants,which could be synthesized by esterifying with moderate catalyst.In this article,starch fatty acid esters was synthesized by the chemical method with corn starch and soybean oil as raw material.The process of synthesis was studied,and the changes in the starch structure were verified by UV and FT-IR.The result indicated that the product's emulsification performance was obviously improved.
