摘 要:21世纪的知识经济对高等师范专科教育提出了新的目标和任务 .但目前的高等师范专科教育还存在诸多问题 ,面临着严峻的挑战与考验 .要改革目前的高等师范专科教育 ,需通过转变教育观念、明确素质教育目标、调整课程结构、狠抓课堂教学质量、提高教师素质、加强对素质教育的理论与实践研究、重视并加强科研工作等途径 ,才能增强高等师范专科教育的自我发展能力 ,在竞争中立于不败之地 .The knowledge economy of 21 st century poses new objective and task. But many problems still exist in the development of the education of teachers college, which confronts with rigorous challenges. For the reform of education in question, it is necessary to transform the education ideology, clarify the orientation of teaching, regulate the curriculum, emphasize the class teaching effectiveness, enhance the teaching faculty, strengthen the theory and practice research concerning the quality education and attach importance and strength to scientific research, in order to strengthen the self development ability of successful undertaking of the education in the teachers college.
