摘　　要：在重庆市第二期国家贫困地区义务教育工程教师培训中,笔者深感中小学在职非学历短训中存在的不少问题严重影响了培训的效果。在以"二期义教工程"师资培训为个案的研究中,结合重庆贫困地区的实际情况,提出对贫困地区农村中小学教师在职培训的几点思考。In the second teacher training of compulsory education program of Chongqing poor areas,the author thinks that the short-term informal training of the teachers on duty from primary and middle schools has many problems having serious influence on the training effect.By taking the second training program for compulsory education as an example,and based on the reality of Chongqing poor rural areas,this paper gives several ideas on the training of the teachers on duty in primary and middle schools in Chongqing p...
