摘　　要：加拿大、澳大利亚、德国等发达国家的高等职业教育实训课程秉持以能力为中心的教学理念,强调加强实践教学环节,注重理论与实践相结合,课程实施过程中行业企业参与度很高,国家也出台了一系列政策支持校企合作以及实训基地建设,其课程评价方法注重学生能力发展,讲求针对性。这一系列理念、方法、手段为我国发展高职教育提供了有意义的参考。The practice training curriculum of higher vocational education in developed Countries take ability-center as the teaching view,emphasize on the consolidation of practice teaching step,pay attention to the combination of theory with practice,attach importance on the participation of industry and enterprise,etc.All these view,methods and measures provide constructive reference for the development of higher vocational education in China.
