摘　　要：为对工艺学院的发展规划提供依据,为使校外资源与校内资源有机结合,作者根据几年来从事校内实训教学和带队顶岗实习的工作体会,就校内资源与校外资源的整合与利用提出了自己的一些见解:学校完成基本的实训条件建设是与校外实训高效结合的前提;建立仿真实验室,使学生在虚拟环境下学习大型设备的操作和生产工艺流程,是实现高效率投资办学模式的途径之一;随着学校的发展,科研必将提升校企合作的水平;完善校企合作办学模式,实现学校、企业、学生"三赢"。In order to provide basis for the development of Engineering & Arts School,to integrate on-campus and off-campus resources,the author puts forward some ideas on the integration and utilization of on-campus and off-campus resources based on the practice of some years teaching in schools and the work inspiration from the students internship.The college s construction of basic training conditions is the precondition for efficient combination with off-campus training resources.It is the efficient operation mod...
