摘 要:目的探讨按职上岗模式下提高护生临床工作能力的方法。方法对在外科实习的59名实验组护生实施分层次分阶段实习模式,并制订各阶段护生能力学习的具体要求及质控等方法;对42名对照组护生则实施传统的带教方法。结果护生的护理程序综合成绩、自评及老师评价护生临床工作能力满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在按职上岗模式下实施分层次分阶段实习,并制订各阶段护生能力学习的具体要求及质控等方法能循序渐进地、全面地提高护生临床工作能力。Objective To investigate the model of job-taking according to pos ition to improve the clinical capability of student nurses. Method The experime nt group of fifty-nine student nurses who practiced in the surgical department were divided into small groups according to their abilities. Concrete rules and quality-controlling methods in different phases of practice were set up. Other 4 2 student nurses in the control group were taught with the traditional method. R esult Comprehensive achievements, self-estimation and grading of their clinical capability judged by their teachers were better in the experimental group than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Under the model of job-taking according to position, guiding the students in varying phase with corresponding demands and quality-control can gradually improve the clinical capability of th e student nurses on the whole .
