摘　　要：随着新的《义务教育法》的颁布实施,坚持教育公益性,促进教育公平,满足适龄儿童少年的就学需求,成为构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。本文通过对雁塔区近年来外来务工人员子女的就学需求的调研、分析,肯定雁塔区在接纳新市民就学方面所做的努力和成效,并针对大量新市民子女就学带来的压力,提出一些针对性的对策,以期促进教育事业又好又快地发展。With the enforcement of the new Compulsory Education Law,to construct a beneficial and equal education to safeguard the right of school-age children and adolescents to receive compulsory education has become a indispensable part of the construction of socialist harmonious society.Based on the study and analysis of the immigrant employees children education demands in Yanta District,Xi an city in recent years,the paper approves the efforts and effects of their measures to receive the school-age children and...
