高效液相色谱法测定糖品中三聚氰胺的含量

摘　　要：本文建立了糖品中三聚氰胺的HPLC测定方法。该法采用WatersXTerraMSC185μm4.6×150mm为色谱柱、二极管阵列为检测器(检测波长为235nm)。工作曲线线性相关系数为0.99980,相对标准偏差为1.0%(n=10),回收率在91.0%～96.5%之间,最低检出限为1.0mg/kg。结果表明,该方法简便、可靠、准确。A method for the determination of melamine in sugar by HPLC was developed. The analysis method is accomplished using Waters XTerra MS C18 5μm 4.6×150mm stainless column and photodiode array detector at a wavelength of 235 nm. The results indicate that the recovery is in the range of 91.0%～96.5%, RSD is 1.0% and the detection limit of the method is about 1.0 mg/kg. The method is convenient, reliable and accurate.
