摘　　要：调查表明,外来劳务工接受继续教育会产生较为明显的社会功效,突出表现为影响工作满意度,具有积极性动机比具有消极性动机的外来劳务工的工作满意度更高。电大、夜大是外来劳务工接受继续教育,提高工作满意度的最佳选择。Investigation show that, accepting further education of migrant labourers can produce obvious social efficacy, which mainly embody in impact on their working satisfaction degree, and the satisfaction degree of labourers have positive motivation is higher than labourers have negative motivation; broadcast and radio university and night university are the best selection of migrant labourers for accepting further education and enhancing work satisfaction degree.
