摘　　要：该文从法律意识是高职院校大学生的必备素质、高职院校大学生法律意识培养目标体系的构建、高职院校大学生法律意识培养的主要途径三个方面论述了加强对高职院校大学生的法律教育,提高他们的法律素质,使他们具有正确的法制观念和较强的法律意识,对于实现依法治国和人才培养目标有着重大战略意义。The essay points out law awareness is the necessary quality of students in vocational colleges. The writer is analysing how to set up the object system of cultivating Law awareness and the main methods of cultivation. As the author states, in order to realize the country governing through laws and the targets of talents cultivation, it has strategic meaning to strengthen the law education among students in vocational colleges, to raise the law quality and to enable them have the correct law concepts and high-level law awareness.
