摘　　要：要培养新世纪所需要的人才,就要在教育思想上创新。要树立正确全面的教育价值观,树立现代人才观,克服重学术轻技术的观念,树立正确的教学质量观。To train the qualified personnel needed for the new century,it is important to take innovation in educational thought,to set up the correct concept of educational value,to set up the modern concept about talent,to overcome the idea of more academics,less technique,to establish the perfect ideology of teaching quality.
