摘　　要：美、英、德、法、日等五个西方主要发达国家师资培养体制都随着社会的发展 ,由建立之初的定向型最终走向非定向型。这种转变的动因是多方面的 。The teacher-training system of the five main western countries, including America, Britian,German,France and Japan, all changed from the direced to the non-directed finally. Through analysing the causes , we can get experience to help the reform of the teacher-training system in our country.
