摘　　要：隐形教育与显形教育是两种不同的教育方式,两者有不同的教育效果。隐形教育通过校园网络、校园环境、教师言行等载体发挥着育人功能,其教育效果是明显而长久的。高校学生思想政治工作应强化隐形教育的载体功能,建设生态校园,完善教育制度,提升文化品位。Belonging to different categories, recessive education and dominant education have different effects. With the campus media campus environment, and teacher's behaviors, recessive education brings notable and lasting effects on students in an implicit way. This paper focuses itself on the functions and effective means of recessive education in strengthening the ideological and political education targeted at College Students, that is, the functions of building ecological campus, ameliorating educational system and enhancing cultural quality development. 
