摘  要:组织政治学在西方管理学界已经比较成熟,但是实证研究中多采用Ferris的组织政治知觉(POP)模型,其结果变量多为个人层面的变量。我们认为,组织政治知觉对于组织层面的变量亦有影响。为此,本文以组织政治与组织文化是否匹配这一视角为切入点,使用了学术界公认的组织政治知觉量表、组织文化评测量表以及明尼苏达工作满意度量表,通过对177份由MBA学员填写的问卷,利用SPSS软件分析了这三者之间的关系,得出了员工对组织内部政治行为的知觉与组织实际推行的文化之间有密切的关联,员工自身的价值观与组织文化是否匹配也会影响员工的组织政治知觉的结论。Organizational Politics has developed into a quite mature field in the Western management study. But most empirical studies follow the framework of POP model proposed by Ferris and the outcome variables aim at personal level. However, the author believes that perception of organizational politics also exerts its influences on the organizational level. Hence, the author uses the commonly recognized scales measuring the POP (perceptions of organizational politics), organizational culture and job satisfaction to examine the match between the organizational politics and culture. By analyzing almost 200 questionnaires filled by MBA candidates using SPSS, the author concludes that there is close relationship between the POP and organizational cultures. Furthermore, the match between the value held by employees and the culture sponsored by the companies also influences the POP. As a result, to enhance and facilitate a healthy organizational culture, and to recruit from the potential employee pool that hold similar value of employers could help to ease the negative effects brought by organizational politics.
