摘　　要：爱因斯坦曾说过:"兴趣是最好的老师"。因此,一名成功的英语教师需要在英语教学中积极地运用兴趣教学法,培养初中生的学习兴趣,努力激发学生处于最佳的学习状态。Einstein once said: 'interest is the best teacher'.Therefore,a successful English teacher needs to use the interest teaching method in English teaching actively,and train junior high school students to have an interest in English courses,effort to stimulate students to have been in the best learning state.
