高职园林技术专业“1+1+1”人才培养模式实践与分析

摘　　要：根据园林技术专业目前存在的学生实践动手能力培养不够、专业知识创新应用能力不足、专业思想不稳定以及职业道德素养欠缺等问题,我们提出实施"1+1+1"工学交替人才培养新模式,旨在突出素质教育,培养学生职业道德,强化学生动手能力等,本文详细介绍了该人才培养新模式的内容及实践。According to the problems of the students' practical ability training is not enough,professional knowledge innovation,application ability is inadequacy,the professional thought is unstable and occupation moral literacy is lack of landscape architecture specialty,we propose the implementation of the ' 1+1+1' work-study new training model,designs to highlight the quality education,cultivate students' occupation morality,strengthen the students' practice ability and so on,this paper introduces the content and practice of the new talents training mode.
