摘 要:中学教师普遍认为继续教育有必要,可是继续教育的实效性却不强。其原因,主是参训教师缺乏学习意愿、专业意识不强,培训的内容单一、方式简单,学习的评价简单,培训种类太多。他们希望改变这种现状,但在表述自己的建议时又缺乏理性的思考。另外,在继续教育中,参训教师希望继续教育的内容应集中在提高课堂教学的技术上,这样的要求体现出,教师"传道授业"的角色仅仅只是停留在"知识传授者"的层面,教育最本质的育人功能、文化传递功能正在教师的意识中逐渐淡化,在学校教育的过程中逐渐弱化。Secondary school teachers generally agreed that continuing education is necessary,but its efficiency is low.The main reasons include: the teachers do not have strong willingness to participate in continuing education;they have not developed a keen awareness of professional development;and too many programs are offered to train simple content in simple forms with simple methods of assessment.They wished to change this situation but failed to make sensible suggestions.In addition,those already on training programs wished continuing education to be concentrated on classroom teaching techniques,which betrays their understanding of the role of a teacher was limited to knowledge only and the essence of education,to educate the man and to pass on culture,is weakened.
