摘　　要：优秀教师是教师群体中的佼佼者,他们不仅以优异的教学成绩影响着学校的发展,而且以先进的教学理念影响着教学方法的改进。构建优秀教师团队既有利于提高教师的整体素质,也有利于调动其他教师的积极性,对学校的长远发展以及教育教学质量的提高也具有非常重要的作用。Excellent teacher is the top teachers group of all the teachers.They not only affect the development of their school by excellent teaching achievements,but also affect the improvement of teaching methods.Constructing the excellent teachers team is not only beneficial to improve the teachers' quality,but also can arouse the enthusiasm of other teachers.It also has a very important role to the long-development of a school and the improvement of the whole quality of teaching.
