摘　　要：网络课程作为开放教育的核心教学资源愈来愈受到人们的重视。设计和开发高质量的网络课程是提高网上教学质量的必然要求。网络课程教学设计具有思想现代性、理论先进性、人员群体性、内容丰富性、手段高科技性等特征,应遵循教师主导、学生主体和认识差异原则。网络课程设计应呈现交互性、多媒体、个性化,并重视协作学习和评价反馈设计。Network course as core teaching resources of open education has been paid more and more attention.The design and development of high quality network course is an essential requirement for improving the quality of network teaching.The teaching design of network course has some features such as modern thought,advanced theory,mass personnel,rich content,high tech means,and so on,which follow certain principles of teacher-oriented,student-centered and understanding difference.The network course design should characterize interactivity,multi-media and individuality and attach importance to cooperative learning and evaluation feedback design.
