摘  要:教师的教学水平是高职院校健康发展的核心竞争力。加强教学工作管理,构建科学、合理的教学能力考核体系,是提高教师业务素质的有效途径。根据360°考评法的基本原理,结合高职院校的教学特点,设置了高职教师教学能力的考核指标,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,对考核体系的建立进行了有益的尝试。Teachers’ teaching ability is the core competitiveness of the scientific development in higher vocational colleges.Strengthening teaching management and establishing a scientific and reasonable teaching ability assessment system are effective methods to improve the teachers’ professional quality.In accordance with the basic theory of 360° assessment method and integrating the teaching characteristics of higher vocational colleges,this paper set indicators for assessing the teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges and determines the weight of each indicator by analytic hierarchy process,which is a beneficial attempt for establishing the assessment system.
