摘　　要：本文通过对广东药学院药学专业(临床药学方向)毕业生就业情况进行分析,总结了当前临床药学专业建设过程中存在的问题,并从课程设置、实践教学以及师资队伍建设等方面提出应对之策。This article analyzes the employment situation of pharmacy(clinical pharmacy direction) graduates in Guangdong Pharmaceutical University and summarizes the problems in current clinical pharmacy process of building.The author takes some countermeasure in the curriculum,teaching practice,faculty building and other aspects.
