摘　　要：基础教育的学校变革是我国当前教育改革中的一个重要组成部分和关键目标,它作为一种现实的社会行动不可避免地受到各种社会因素的深刻影响,因此对于学校变革的研究不仅需要基于教育学立场的理论思考,还需要将其置于社会的大背景中进行社会学的思考。布迪厄的场域理论恰好为我们深入研究学校变革提供了一个独特的社会学视角,通过这个视角,我们能更清晰地理解作为一种"社会事件"的学校变革所具有的真实内涵,由此能更深入地洞察到影响学校变革的社会因素并进而找到促进学校变革的现实路径。School reforms in basic education are the important part and critical goal of education reforms in our country.As a real social action,it is inevitably influenced by many social facts and not only theoretical consideration in perspective of pedagogy,but also thinking of it through sociology perspective under the background of society changes are necessary.Pierre Bourdieu's 'field' theory provided an exactly unique visual angle through which it can be understood profoundly what is the real meaning of school change as a 'social incident',therefore,those social facts that may affect school change in real society and further school change effectively and meaningfully can be found.
