摘　　要：菊花不仅具有一定的观赏价值,还具有一定的保健功能和食用价值,已成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。就菊花的营养价值、药用价值、在烹饪中的应用等进行分析,同时提出存在的问题,并对今后的发展进行展望。Chrysanthemum not only has the ornamental effect,but also own the function of health care and can be used for food.It has been the indispensable part of human life.This article aims to analyze the nutritional and medical value of chrysanthemum which is utilized in culinary art,and find the related problems.Besides,the article is for the purpose of researching the measures to resolve such problems.
