摘　　要：大学以学生为中心的教学策略与方法提出的理论背景是以学生为中心的教学策略与方法这一重要课题在法学本科教育中缺乏研究。大学以学生为中心的教学策略与方法提出的现实背景是以教师为中心的讲授法的盛行及其弊端。大学以学生为中心的教学策略与方法有着哲学、心理学和社会学方面的依据。大学以学生为中心的教学策略与方法能够克服当前我国法学本科教学中以教师为中心的讲授法的诸多弊端。大学以学生为中心的教学策略与方法的贯彻既平息了关于何为教学的主体的争论,也突显了教学策略与方法在教学质量评价中的地位。The theoretical background of university student-centered teaching strategies and methods is the lack of research on this important issue in the law undergraduate education.Its realistic background is the prevalence of teacher-centered teaching method and its drawbacks.It has the basis of philosophy,psychology and sociology.It overcomes the many abuses of law undergraduate teaching in the teacher-centered teaching method.It quells the debate about what is the teaching of the subject,and also highlights the status of the teaching strategies and methods in the evaluation of the quality of teaching.
