摘　　要：近些年来，我国的特殊教育有了长足的发展。一体化教育作为一种特殊形式不但使残疾儿童在普通学校课堂上接受全面的教育帮助，也成为全民义务教育的基本要求和素质教育的重要组成部分。对较发达的大中城市而言，“普九”达标之后，全面推行一体化教育就具有更重要的意义。Special education in China has greatly developedduring recent years and integrated' .3...no., as a special form, not only helped the disabled' children receivecomprehensive assistance in regular classrooms,but alsobecame a fundamental requirment of compulsory education for all people and an import.ntco.po...t of quality education. As to more developed big and middlingcities, after meeting the standards of popularizing nine year compulsory education,implementing integrated education has more important significance.
