高职建筑工程专业教学中造价课程改革

摘　　要：建筑工程造价专业是目前我国高职院校开设的非常重要的一门专业性课程,该门课程旨在培养学生在实际工作过程中对于工程造价编制和控制的能力,但是随着近年来《建设工程量清单计价规范》的推出,该门课程的教学发生了较大的变化。笔者从事高职院校建筑工程专业造价课程教学多年,对目前高职院校建筑工程专业造价课程教学中存在的问题有着很深的认识,并根据自身多年的教学经验对如何进行改革提出自己的一些意见和建议。The building project cost major is a very important specialized course of higher vocational colleges in our country,the course aims to train the ability of project cost and control of students in the actual work process,but with the launch of "construction engineering quantity list valuation norms" in recent years,the teaching of the course has changed greatly,the author is engage in years of teaching for cost course construction specialty in higher vocational colleges,has a deep understanding of the existing problems in cost course teaching of building engineering specialty in higher vocational college,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to reform according to their own teaching experience for many years.
