刍议创新性英语口语教学方法

摘　　要：由于过分重视语言形式的教学,传统的英语教学方法忽视了语言学习者口语表达能力的培养。随着时代的变化,社会对英语人才使用英语(尤其是口语)进行交际的要求也越来越高。这也鞭策着高校的英语教师对传统的英语教学方法进行思考。本文在回顾了以往英语口语教学方法的基础上,提出了一些创新性的思路,旨在对具体的英语口语教育提供参考。Owing to their too much emphasis on the language form teaching,traditional approaches of English teaching neglected the development of students’ oral competence.The progress of our society has a higher requirement for English talents’ oral competence to communicate with others in English at our times,which spurs teachers of English at colleges to reflect on their teaching tradition.On the basis of traditional approaches concerning English teaching,this paper puts forward some innovative ideas on teaching oral English for college students.
