摘　　要：虽然国家新闻出版总署《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》没有最终落实,但是高职院校学报不能怀有侥幸心理,而应该审时度势,清醒地认识到自身的办刊宗旨依然是追求学术,尤其要注重高职院校学报本质内涵、办刊路径、办刊队伍的特色化等战略,以期创新学报的发展之路。Ways of Implementing System Reform of Journal Editorial Department was formulated and issued in 2012 by State Administration of Press and Publication. However, it hasn't been finally put into effect. Vocational colleges should have a clear understanding of the new situation and adhere to the aim of running journals, i.e. pursuing learning. This paper puts forward some strategies to attach great importance to essential connotations of journals, ways of running journals and distinguishing features of editorial teams, in order to innovate in the development of vocational college journals.
