摘　　要：高考作文是我国高考中最难控制评分、评分误差最大的试题.本文根据教育统计学和教育测量学的原理,编制电脑程序、运用电脑工具,从1989年以来连续多年进行“用电脑建立常模监控高考作文评分”的试验.取得了良好的效果.本文具体介绍了这一试验的理论依据、方法、步骤及成效.这对在全国推广这种方法,使我国高考作文评分科学化有现实意义.Guided composition as an item in the national entrance examination has been gradea with greatest error, owing to monitor difficulties. A computerized experiment for years since 1989 promises a more objective grading result with the application of monitoring norms which are programmed on the basis of the principles of education statistics and measurements. The paper presents a detailed description of the theoretical basis, methods, procedure as well as the result of the experiment, in the hope of introducing the program throughout the country to enhance the objectivity of composition grading.
