试论体育教学中的集团(集体)问题

摘　　要：本文通过介绍日本学校体育中集团问题的现状、特点,并与我国体育教学中集团教育的比较,从而引起我们重视对学校体育教学中集团问题的研究。通过集团对学生施以体育教育,不仅影响学生的思想品德,而且还渗透到整个体育教学过程的各环节之中。从社会学的角度,开拓小集团这种组织形态的指导思想及其机能作用的领域,有可能对我国教育改革和学校体育改革具有启迪作用。The present situation and features of group education in school sport in Japan were introduced and compared with thosein China,with the aim of giving rise to a study of this issue. Group education in physical education can be conducted in notonly the ideological and moral development of students, but in any fields of teaching process. Sociologically speaking, takingthe organization of group education as a teaching guideline and giving play of its function in teaching practice will probablybring enlightenment into the reforms of education and school sport in China.
