我国近三十年教研员研究的元分析

摘　　要：通过从定量和定性两个角度对1982-2012年间教研员研究的元分析,发现已有研究在数量、期刊分布、作者所属单位、作者地域分布等方面呈现出不同特点,研究内容上主要是围绕教研员人物、角色与职能、教研员专业发展、教研活动等方面展开并有较丰富的研究成果,但在地域分布、研究主体、研究内容与研究方法等方面尚需继续完善。As a special research community,teaching and research staff played important roles in different developmental stages of education in China.By the Meta-analysis of relevant studies from 1982 to 2011,it can be found that these researches present some different features in paper quantity,journal distribution,author affiliation and regional distribution.The content of the studies are focused on the following aspects:the advanced persons of teaching and research staff,the roles and functions,the professional development,the teaching and research activities for specific subjects.These researches have gained a lot,however,there is still inadequacy in such aspects as regional distribution,the main body of the researchers,the research content and methodology,which need further improvement.
