摘　　要：如今,随着中国经济的发展,英语已成为一门越来越重要的工具。英语水平,尤其是听力水平的高低,往往成为制约人们工作发展的一个重要瓶颈。对于终将走向工作岗位的大学生而言,更是如此。如何尽快提高英语听力水平,成为越来越多英语教师和当代大学生思考的一个热点问题。本文拟通过针对这一问题的系统分析,从而提出可行性解决方案。Nowadays, with the development of China's economy, English is becoming a more and more important tool. The skills of English, especially listening skill, has turned into barrier to prevent people from being promoted. For those who will finally find a real job, the situation is more severe. More and more English teachers and students have concerned how to im-prove one's listening skill efficiently as well as quickly. This essay attempts to put forward a feasible solution by systemati-cally analyzing of the problem.
