摘 要:教育法律素养是教师应具备的职业素养之一,也是师范生必须具备的职业素养之一。教育法律素养的培养对于师范生的成长非常必要,对教育事业的发展同样具有重要的现实意义。然而,当前高校师范生的教育法律素养普遍比较薄弱,导致这一现象的主要原因之一是学校对其教育法律素养培养不够重视。因此,加强相关课程的开设,加大教育法律知识教学的比重,创设良好的教育法律环境,促进师范生自我提升,才能有效培养师范生的教育法律素养。Education legal literacy is one of professionalism teachers should have, and is also one of professionalism normal students must have. Legal literacy training and education for the growth of normal students is necessary for the development of education also has important practical significance. However, normal students in colleges and universities generally weak literacy education laws, resulting in one of the main reasons for this phenomenon is the law school of their education is not enough emphasis on literacy training. Therefore, strengthening the relevant degree course, increase the proportion of educa-tion teaching legal knowledge, the creation of good educational legal environment, and promote normal students' self-impro-vement, in order to effectively develop legal literacy education of normal students.
