摘 要:人才培养模式是医学教育改革的"瓶颈",本文以浙江省新世纪高等教育教学改革项目的实施,对高等卫生职业教育技术类专业人才培养模式的改革进行了探索,提出了以工作任务为导向的人才培养模式。其基本构架是,跟踪医药卫生行业发展需求,探索专业与医药卫生行业间相互依存和支撑关系;以专业人才岗位需求调研为逻辑起点,校企(院)合作,共同制定、修订专业人才培养方案;以工作任务为引导,重构课程体系;以项目、案例等范例为载体,推行工学结合的教学模式;以师资、基地、管理、质量四轮驱动,保障人才培养目标的实现。Personnel training mode is the 'bottleneck' of medical education reform.During the implementation of the new century higher education teaching reform project of Zhejiang,we explored the reformation of personnel training model on technical degree of higher health vocational education.This model is a task oriented education method.We investigated the needs of medical and health industry development to explore interdependence and the support relation of the major and medical industry.The needs of position requirement were surveyed and then we lie down and revised talent training scheme alone with specialist from hospital.The curriculum was reconstructed on account of work task.Project and case based teaching model combining learning with working was carried out.The personal qualities of teachers,training base,the management and the quality of education,all of these ensure the accomplishment of the goal of personnel training.
