摘　　要：提出了一种基于模糊聚类和遗传算法的模糊神经网络的学习算法，采用 模糊Ｃ－均值聚类算法进行模糊神经网络模型的结构辨识，得出最优或次优的模 糊规则数，采用改进的遗传算法进行系数辨识。仿真结果证明该算法是可行和有 效的。In this paper, a new learning algorithms of fuzzy neural network and genetic algorithms is presented. In structure idenfication, the optimal or near optimal number of fuzzy neural network implication is determined in the view of fuzzy cmeans clustering. The parameters are identified by a improved genetic algorithms. Computer simalations show that the algorithms is feasible and efficient.
