摘 要:本院150名大学生膳食营养调查与1984年广东省7所高等学校膳食营养调查比较,学生的膳食营养状况有较大的好转。蛋白质、视黄醇当量、硫胺素的摄入量明显增加,优质蛋白质接近50%。调查表明,学生膳食还不平衡,主要是热量,核黄素和钙的摄入量不足。为了提高青年学生的身体素质,全面提高教育质量,本文提出了几点改进膳食工作和加强营养教育的意见。The results of a recent diet investigation of 150 college students in Zhongkai Agicultural College compared with those of Guangdong Postsecondary School in 1984,it could be seen that the student nutrition state has been improved. Inputs of protein, vitamin A and vitamin B1increased obviously,and high quality protein made up nearly 50% of total proteins. The Survey showed that the student diet was not in balance yet. Heat energy, vitamin B2and calcium intakes were insufficient. In order to raise student health level and enhance educational quality, this paper gave several advice to improve diet work and strengthen nutritional education.
