摘  要:本文作者在担任国家培训项目之中西部农村中小学教师置换脱产研修项目的语音教师期间,依据长期的教学时间和观察,从方言的角度出发,探讨分析了当前西部地区尤其甘肃省农村中小学教师因受方言影响,英语发音出现较多问题的原因,并提出改变这一现象,让农村地区中小学教师更好掌握英语发音规则的建议,希望通过对此问题的探讨,在一定程度上改善甘肃省甚至西部地区农村中小学教师的英语发音。During the author shoulders the voice teachers in the rural Midwest as national training program for primary and secondary school teachers training project, according to long-term teaching time and observation, starting from the angle of dialect, to analyze the western region of Gansu province rural primary and secondary school teachers are influenced by dialect, English pronunciation causes many problems, and put forward the suggestions to change this phenomenon, make rural area to better grasp the pronunciation rules of primary and secondary school teachers, hope that through the discussion on this issue, to improve the English pronunciation of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Gansu province and the western area in a certain extent.
