摘　　要：Objective To evaluate the relationship among Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection, blood ammonia concentrations , and hepatic encephalopathy (HE) status, and to investigate the effect of Hp eradication on blood ammonia levels and hepatic encephalopathy status in cirrhotic patients.
