摘 要:高等职业教育已由数量扩充全面转向内涵建设和质量提升阶段,高职院校校本质量评价既是职业院校办学质量持续进步与提升、建立科学合理评价体系的需要,也是现代职业教育体系构建、适应经济社会发展,培养高质量技能型人才的需要。厘清校本质量评价的特征和内涵、需要明确的基本要素、需要规避的问题是进行校本质量评价的基础性工作,人才培养、社会服务、专业建设和师资队伍等构成校本质量评价的基本内容,是校本评价的核心指标,如何把握这些指标在评价中的作用,是实施校本质量评价的关键。Higher vocational education has been transformed from the stage of expanding institutional coverage to the stage of connotative development and quality improvement. The evaluation and attention cast to the school-based quality in the higher vocational education institutions is not only the demand of continuous progress and appraisal system building but also the need of the modern vocational education mechanics and it also complies with the need of economic and social development and highly-skilled talents education. It is fundamental to clarify the features and connotations of the school-based quality evaluation so as to find the essential element and to avoid the problem of evaluating the school-based quality. Learning and development,community service, academic development, faculty training are the basic elements to constitute the school-based quality evaluation and are the core indexes of it. How to use these core indexes in the school-based quality evaluation is the key to success.
