基于“以学生为中心”的高职实训教学体系建设——以东莞职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本文以东莞职业技术学院为例,基于"以学生为中心"的教育理论,提出了高职院校实训教学的新体系。该体系以学生的职业发展为中心,树立实训为教学核心的理念;以保障学生实训资源、服务学生为中心,建立全院统筹的实训教学管理及执行组织;以满足学生就业为中心,建立面向社会行业企业的实训课程体系;以培养学生职业技能与素养为中心,营造真实或高仿真度的职业环境;以提高学生教育质量为中心,建立增强实训教师水平的师资管理机制。Based on the learner-centered theory, a new practical training system was proposed in Dongguan Polytechnics. In this system, practical training is promoted as a core instruction for students' career developing, a two-level organization for practical training is built to guarantee the training and serve students, training courses facing to industries and enterprises are set for students' employment, a real or almost real environment is produced for students to master skill and accomplishment, teachers management is optimized to improve the quality of the training.
