摘　　要：高等医药院校是“产、学、研”的综合体 ,而药品审评中心 (CDE)的工作内容体现了技术性与政策性的综合。各自的优势使CDE与高校间存在一种相互可合作性与需求性。文章就加强高校药物研发与技术审评的交流 ,创立合作机制 ,提高科研。Medicinal university can be regarded as a syntheses of production, study and research, while the task of Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) embodies the integration of policy and technique. The requirements for cooperation and exist between them due to their individual advantages. The article intends to give preliminary study on the intercommunication between technical evaluation and research of drug. Possible ways include making some special technicians into Drug Evaluation Committee, setting up a kind of cooperative laboratory to found a novel evaluation system and strengthening the training in medicine academy to foster a population with specialty of drug research and development.
