摘　　要：本文从管理学的角度、结合本校教改工作实际，就高职高专院校如何实施专业教改试点方案进行分析和探讨，将实施方案过程划分为不同的八个阶段，并提出在每个阶段应注意的问题和采取的措施。This paper according on the current situation, in the view of management, research & discussion of implement on the scheme of teaching-reform in higher vocational school. The process is compartmentalize in eight steps, bring forward the problems in every phase, that should be pay more attention on, and countermeasures against its.
