摘 要:美、英、日是三个世界上较早开展学生贷款,在贷款回收上取得比较成功的国家,它们在学生贷款的回收方式、还款数额的确定、还款期限的延期、减免等方面各具特色,也与我国的助学贷款回收机制存在很大差异。通过比较与分析,借鉴它们的经验并结合我国实际,我国应该从完善学生贷款工作部门、建立灵活多样的还款方式、适当延长还款期限、健全减免政策并落实到实处、加快个人信用体系建设等方面建立我国高效的学生贷款回收机制。The United States, Britain and Japan are three countries which develop student loan earlier and get relatively successful experience, and each one has their own special features about such as reclaim fashions, return amount confirmation, return term deferment, and return amount deration and so on. Concerning student loan reclaim mechanism, there are many differences between China and the three countries mentioned above. With means of comparison and analysis, we should perfect student loan department, develop flexible and various return fashions, prolong return term properly , consummate deration policies and put them into effect really and truly, and construct individual credit system quickly, so as to establish our highly effective student loan reclaim mechanism.
