摘　　要：本文论述了6CLW-10型茶叶连续萎凋机的设计原理、结构特点及其主要技术参数,并简要分析了该机用于乌龙茶萎凋生产时的萎凋质量和品质.该机萎凋温度可调,风量可调,摊叶厚度可调,萎凋时间可调,不仅可用于乌龙茶和红茶的萎凋,还可用于绿茶雨水青的处理.该机可用电、煤或薪柴作为加热热源.经过4a 多来乌龙茶萎凋生产试验,表明用该机萎凋的乌龙茶萎凋质量达到或超过同等条件下利用阳光晒青的萎凋质量.该机为连续化生产,操作简便,生产效率高.用于乌龙茶萎凋时,其台时生产率为150—250kg 鲜叶.The designing principle,structural characteristics and major technological parameters of model 6CLW-10 continuous tea withering machine were presented in this paper.And the withering quality of Oolong tea withered by the machine was also briefly analysed.The tea's withering temperature,air input, spread leaf thickness and withering time in the machine can be regulated.The machine can be used not only for withering Oolong tea and black tea,but also for dewatering the surface of green tea.Electric power,coal or firewood could be used as its heat source.The experiments for four years showed that the quality of Oolong tea withered by the machine reaches or exceeds that of the tea produced by solar withering in the same weather.This machine offers continuous production,high productivity by the simple and convenient opperation.For Oolong tea,the productivity is 150-250 kg fresh leaves per hour.
