豆豉纤溶酶产生菌发酵条件研究

摘　　要：对从豆豉中筛选到的一株纤溶酶产生菌——枯草芽孢杆菌HGD107进行发酵产酶条件研究。在最适发酵条件下,该菌株产豆豉纤溶酶酶活达到尿激酶3643u/ml发酵液。A fibrinolytic strain(Bacillus subtilis HGD107) with high activity was screened out from fermentedsoybean(douchi). A study was made on the fermentation conditions of HGD107 for enzyme production. Under the optimumconditions, the activity of fibrinolytic enzyme was up to 3643 urokinase unit per ml broth.
